Welcome to ATP membership page! The membership option gives you the freedom to choose the program that fits your needs. It is up to you to decide which program is right for you.  ATP offers training programs, nutritional guidelines and information on supplements.

The training programs we offer to our members will range from 2 to 5 days a week. We will offer full body programs and upper and lower body split programs. These programs will be specifically designed to achieve weight loss, increase lean body mass, improve general fitness or increase strength. 

Programs will be updated often so be sure to check back to see if any changes have been made to the current program or if new programs have been posted. Programs will change every 3-4 weeks.

                                        I'm a member now what?

1. Click on the How to Read Program tab and read how to read ATP's exercise programs.

2. Identify how many days a week you want to workout then click on Sample Workout Set Up tab and set up your workout schedule.

3.  Identify what programs are right for you and your goals (fat loss, hypertrophy/increase muscle mass, or strength)

4.  Schedule bonus workouts and cardio on off days

5. Look at Nutritional Guidelines

6. Make a plan and stick to it

7. Start workout
