Josh Whisman has over seven years experience in the fields of collegiate coaching, fitness, athletic performance and strength training. His background includes a variety of athletic competitions and coaching in the areas of track and field, football, and power lifting. Josh believes that every client possesses the inner-strength to achieve all their goals.  Josh will guide every client to find the drive, focus and will within them to make their dream a reality. Josh’s experience, passion and knowledge help strengthen the foundation of Advanced Training Philosophies (ATP).
