This is our most affordable option.  As a member you will get access to nutritional guidelines, workouts and cardio programs. We have programs for beginners, novice, and advanced fitness enthusiasts.  Choose from weight loss programs, muscle building programs, and strength programs.  These programs range fro 2-4 days a week. Decide what program fits you best.  We offer full body, upper body, lower body, torso, leg, core, and arm workouts. The program data base is continually updated, so a new challenge is just one click away.

 

 

 

 



                                          Custom Program Design
                                             
  $19.99/ per program

ATP will create customized programs designed to meet your specific goal.  We control variables such as; tempo, rest, exercise groupings, repitition, and exercise selection to fit you needs and goals. . All exercises are available on video located under our exercise index tab. To have this type of program in person would cost $80 a session. In personal training it is the program design that gets the results not the trainer counting the reps and sets.
